Born from Memphis barbecue roots and built in Huntsville, Alabama, Rocket City Rubs stands for fire, flavor, and connection. Founder Matt Edwards turned a lifelong love of barbecue into a hands-on craft after moving to Huntsville in 2021. He believes great barbecue isn’t just cooked—it’s shared.
